당 건강 진단 센터에서 일본어로 진찰이 곤란한 분의 수입 기준에 대해서

당 검진 센터에서는, 진료자의 검사의 안전성을 확보하기 위해, 일본어로의 진찰이 곤란한 쪽의 수입에 대해서 이하와 같이 기준을 마련하고 있습니다.
미리 이해, 협력해 주시도록 부탁드립니다.

■일본에 주거가 있어, 일본어로의 의사 소통이 가능한 쪽은 진찰할 수 있습니다. (국적은 묻지 않습니다)

■일본에 살고 있지만 일본어를 모르는 분의 경우
　→진찰받는 분 1명에 대해 통역 1명의 동반이 필수입니다.
　일본어와 외국어 통역을 할 수 있으면 언어는 묻지 않습니다.
　→여성 수진자에게는 여성 통역을 받습니다.
　　※또 유방암·자궁경부암 검진은 반드시 여성의 통역이 필요합니다.
　　※유방암 검진·자궁 경부암 검진에 대해서는 진찰자와 여성의 통역 양자가 검사실에 동석하는 것을　　　
　　서로 승낙하고 있는 것이 조건입니다.남성 (배우자 포함) 통역자는 동석 할 수 없습니다.
　→남성 통역의 경우는 3F공용 플로어에서의 진찰이 됩니다.
　→통역 쪽의 동시 진찰은 할 수 없습니다.

■통역이 붙어서 진찰하는 쪽은, 당 검진 센터가 지정하는 시간대에서의 진찰이 됩니다.

■위바륨검사 및 뇌MRI・뇌MRA검사, 운동부하심전도검사(트레드밀)는, 진료자의 안전성을 최우선으로, 일본어만으로의 대응이 됩니다.진찰자 본인이 일본어로 의사소통을 할 수 없는 경우 취소가 됩니다.
※뇌 MRI·뇌 MRA 검사를 포함한 코스는 뇌독, 원데이 스페셜 독, 느긋하게 숙박 독입니다.
※운동 부하 심전도 검사(트레드밀)를 포함한 코스는 심장·혈관 도크, 원데이 스페셜 도크입니다.

■위 카메라 검사는, 전처리로부터 검사 종료시까지 통역의 분에 동석해 주십니다.

이상의 기준에 동의할 수 없는 경우는, 진찰할 수 없습니다.

Acceptance Criteria at Total Health Evaluation Center Tsukuba
for Residents with Language Barriers

In order to ensure safe examinations for an examinee with language barriers, the following criteria has been set.
We would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation.

■Checkups are available for those who have residence in Japan and are able to communicate in Korean,regardless of nationality.

■For those who live in Japan but do not understand or speak the language:
　→One interpreter is required to accompany each examinee.
　　The interpreter must be able to translate between Korean and the examinee's spoken language.
　→A female interpreter is required for a female examinee.
　　※For breast cancer/cervical cancer examinations, a female interpreter must accompany the examinee.
　　※The examinee must agree to have the interpreter present in the examination room during
　　　the breast cancer screening and the gynecological examination.
　　　A male interpreter, including the examinee's partner, is not allowed.
　→If a male interpreter accompanies, examinations will be held in the common use area on the third floor.
　→The interpreter cannot have checkups concurrently with the examinee

■The examinee who is accompanied by an interpreter must come to our center at the specified time.

■The upper gastrointestinal X-ray,brain MRI and MRA, and the treadmill test will only be carried out in Korean, due to the examinee's safety. If the examinee themselves cannot speak or understand Korean, this examination will
　※ Brain MRI and MRA are included in the brain checkup, one-day special checkup,and Yuttari checkup.
　※The treadmill test is included in the cardiovascular checkup and the one-day special checkup.

■During the gastroendoscopy examination,the interpreter must accompany the examinee from the preparation process to the end of the examination.

Those who do not consent to the above criteria will not be able to receive medical checkups at our center.
